Tony began with CASA as the Executive Director in Hays, Ks. in September, 2009 after being in Law Enforcement, the Ks. Juvenile Justice Authority, and Westside Alternative School for a combined 17 years. Tony began with CASA as the Executive Director in Hays, Ks. in September, 2009 after being in Law Enforcement, the Ks. Juvenile Justice Authority, and Westside Alternative School for a combined 17 years. After moving to the ED role in the 17th Judicial District in 2011, Tony began at NCK CASA on September 3rd, 2019 as the CASA Supervisor. Tony transitioned to the Executive Director position with NCK CASA on January 1, 2024. Tony is a proud dad to Caitlyn, Kade and Cailee and enjoys spending time with them, camping and fishing, and occasionally traveling. Fun fact: Tony was adopted at 11 months old.
Sheena had several years of experience working with CASA in Nebraska before joining NCK CASA as the Volunteer Supervisor and Forensic Interviewer for Hope’s Place Child Advocacy Center in December 2023. Sheena and her husband Jake have 5 daughters and 3 grandchildren. They own an acreage in Nebraska but spend the weekdays in Concordia.

Jennifer enjoys spending time with her two adult sons, reading, and watching the Kansas City Chiefs.
Brylee started at her position as Office Manager July of 2024. She previously worked at Sunset Home as the Marketing Director. Even though Brylee hasn’t worked for CASA very long she has put in lots of volunteer hours before being employed for NCK CASA & Hope’s Place. Brylee is also a proud cat mom of two ornery boys. In her free time Br
